i have nizoral shampoo 2%, spiralactone 5% lotion (sp) and minoxidil 5% solution. i use nizoral 5 times a week, and the other two i am confused with. they say use twice a day but i dont know if i can use both together. advice please and this is for winny and masteron.

I'd use the nizoral 5-6 times a week with some conditioner afterwards b/c it's really drying on the hair. Make sure and let the nizoral sit for about 5 mins to increase absorption. In my opinion, use the spiro only at night and maybe on the mornings that you plan on not going anywhere. The reason is that it has a bad smell. When your body heats up, the smell is worse. Use the minoxidil in the AM and PM. Use it BEFORE the spiro and let it dry before applying the spiro. g'luck bro.

started nioxin about 3 weeks ago, shedding has decreased, makes my scalp feel good, stopped rogain bothered scalp, also just got my nizoral 2%. using propecia abut 91/2 months. not loosing nearly as much.

I have the "odorless" lotion too.. however, once it's own and my body heats up, I can smell the stuff.

Good question, since hairloss from winny isn't from dht, does anyone know if spironolactone would stop it?

In theory, spironolactone would stop hairloss from winny by out-competing it for the androgen receptor. However, in practice this will vary from individual to individual. You may still notice hairloss, even with spironolactone. It is not as highly effective as most would have you believe.
