Hair removal suggestions??

I have some blondish hair that you can see in the sunlight on my upper arms and shoulders. I like to keep everything trimmed up on my body but I am nervous that if I shave my shoulders the hair might grow back dark instead of light. I do not think it is evident to people unless the sun hits my shoulders just right, but I am becoming self conscious of it. Does anyone have any recommendations with an estimated cost?? Thanks again everyone. Any help is greatly appreciated!

If they are just those fine little blond baby hairs, then NO dont shave them. They will grow back darker & then you'll HAVE to shave. As of now...you dont have to. Why add more work?

Thanks roidog420 but I think I was not as clear as I should have been. Some of those little blond hairs have started to turn dark. Only a very select few but it looks like a trend could be starting and I would like to find a remedy for the problem before it escalates. Thanks again, rookieman
