Waxing is the route to go, IMO.

HAVE IT DONE by a professional! I go to my salon . I have found that the re-growth comes in finer in certain areas....

i wouldn't use nair , i tried it on my stomach, it removed the hair but got alot of ingrown hairs, looked like shit!!
