hair loss question

Im taking finastride for hair loss right now and using nizoral.I just bought spiro topical cream but im not really sure what it does.Does anyone know about this stuff and how often your supposed t use it?

Spironolactone at one time was used as a diuretic and antihypertensive in a similar way that Lasix is used today. As a lotion, it targets DHT receptors in the scalp supposedly and competitively bind with them to help prevent male pattern baldness. I don't know much else about the lotion beyond that. I remember when people could use it as a diuretic better.
