Hair growth supplements that work?

Does anyone know of any? Ive recently just finished chemo and so am now sporting a shaved head which isnt exactly a young girl's preference for how she has her hair
I only want to speed up the hair growth process a bit more than usual till its a couple of inches long, because as long as I have a lil bit there I wont really mind going out without a wig, plus I just cant handle wearing them much longer because theyre rather irritating but at the same time its very daunting leaving the house without one on.
