Hair fall out on EQ?

I was reading that a lot of people are having problems losing their hair on Eq. A few used propecia to block the DHT receptors, but my question is does this only occur on cycle? Once you're off cycle does your hair growth return to normal, or does it damage the receptors permanently?

well for me, eq didnt do anything to my hair. But I was on finasteride. However, i dropped the finasteride for a month and continued to run the test and eq. Then the hair fell out.

Been off for a little overa month, and the hair is regrowing back. Hair loss stopped a while ago, but every few days ill take 2mg of finasteride to insure.

never again wil i stop finasteride

Nizoral brought back the hair after EQ and Test killed it. I know I can't prove it, but I swear the EQ was the culprit. And I was NOT prone.

my hair jumped off my head when i started my EQ cycle last year. the only thing i had at the time was propecia...that helped but only to slow it down a lot. my hair stopped falling out after the cycle ended but hasn't grown back either. but...then again...i'm 30yo so i don't think anything will be regrowing.

i just started my sustanon cycle...gonna be using 2.5mg finasteride/day for the whole cycle. as long as nothing else falls out...i'm cool with it.

i m using 400mg eq a week and 0.5mg dutasteride...and my hair falls out ...i decided to add 1mg finasteride ...to soon to see any change but if it continues to fall out ...i will stop the eq.

Ack! I thought EQ was hair-friendly. I was planning to do 400 mg's of EQ every week but now I'm getting second thoughts...

Anyone have POSITIVE "no hair loss" stories about EQ?

Also... are any of the other EQ hair loss stories in people already experiencing MPB?

I recently came off an EQ and Win cycle. I was shedding big time until I stopped the Win which was at week 4. I would say that my hair is about the same now as it was a week after I stopped the Win. I am very succeptable to MPB as it runs in the family on mother's side. But I don't think the EQ was that harsh, I know for a fact the Win. was. I was on 400 a week of EQ but bumped it up to 600 about the last quarter of my cycle.

Yes, EQ seemed to hit my hair pretty hard.

Finasteride/Propecia doesn't block DHT receptors - it inhibits 5AR from doing it's job. I don't believe that 5AR acts on EQ.

Ketoconazole (in nizoral) is an anti-androgen.
