Hair experts please???

I have been taking proscar for the last 6 months, and will be starting a sus/deca/winny cycle soon. After researching on this board, I have learned that I should stop proscar while on as deca is bad with it. Well i have aquired Topical Sp. and stopped the proscar. I have nizoral on hand as well.

My question is this.....I remember my doctor telling me that if I were to stop the use of proscar that the growth of my hair would start to reverse and I would eventually lose any gains made while on proscar. So I am afraid of losing my hair if I stop!!

---Does Topical Sp. help prevent this??

---As bad as the use of proscar is with deca, would it be ok to keep using it to prevent the hair growth reversal, and add topical sp. also?

---or would it be better to just use Topical sp. and start the proscar 3 weeks after my last deca shot?

for peace up mind augment the deca with eq. Very comparable. Eq will give you no lose of hair and you will get great gains. Can continue use of proscar and will want to if you have sust in there. If you do this cycle and are prove to losing hair, the sust plus the elimination of proscar will not be a good idea imo.

I agree. If you're already on the proscar, skip the deca. EQ will get the job done.

thanks for replying guys.....I got my sus, deca, and winny and was ready to start.
sus - 250mg/wk for first 5 weeks,
deca 300mg/wk for 10 weeks, and
winny 50mg eod for last 6 weeks

but now you say eq is better....hmmm....how much would you recommend dosage wise and how should I implement it? I am hoping on gaining 10-15 lbs with this so that was why I chose deca....will eq do the same?

I would have to sell my deca in order to have enough money for eq as funds are real real low now....=(....

Has anyone else know of what to do if I decided to stick with the deca/sus/winny cycle??

I think you will most likely lose any hair growth you got if you go off the proscar, I agree with these other guys, any other drug is fine with proscar so drop the deca and use something else. EQ at 300-400mg per week would probably be fine

Run eq minimum dose of 400 mgs a week, even better 600.
Eq will kick in at about week 4 or 5
Should run eq 10 weeks.
I would increase your test does and run throughout cycle.
I would use winny weeks 5-10.
Week 13 start clomid therapy.

Also winny has been known to cause havic on your hairline. May want to get some spiro and nizoral as added protection.
