i train for size and strength

basically looks like this:

chest bi
back tri
quads, abs
shoulders, traps, rear delts, calves
hams, glutes, abs

throw in some cardio too here and there in the AM separated from my weights, I just got back into cardio, hadnt done it in 4 months. Was mass building. Now i got up to 159 lbs, currently at 152 now. SO im trying to cut up the BF a bit.

Just got off AS, added clen and eca now too.

All I know is I'd like to put TripleV's Avatar on a T'shirt for the clubs with the statement "Don't even talk to me unless your ARSE looks like this" under the Avatar. :D Of course wearing that up here in WA. state would get me killed cause the are so damn insecure. OH well:p
 
ok that looks much like the workout i made for a gf of mine. but the quad day? what exercises do you do then? most quad exercises hit both glutes and hams.

i know.....i obviously train them on both days. just focus on hams vs quads more on separate days. reason is personal really i guess, i want to focus on my legs, i have strong legs and like to work them twice per rotation.

so i always do squats for quads ill do leg press or hack squat and leg extension

for hams / glutes, ill do squats or leg press or hack squat and lunges, deads, leg curls

doing legs twice in a rotation is pretty impressive. ive been thinking about splitting my quads and hams up as well. mostly because of a bad knee. but i dont really do glute work. thats womens stuff :D
 
a man needs a good set of glutes babe :D
and i also split it up cause its too intense on one day , i find it more effective :)

my ass is fine as it is thanks, the squats and lunges, legpresses and so on has fixed that.

that is exactly my split!

shame on those who don't concentrate on ass! women and men need solid glutes to be a real physique machine.

like i said, my glutes gets enough training from my squats, legpress and so on. having done athletics for 12 years also helps
