Had an interesting convo about sust 250

I haven't seen ttokkyos sust 250, but a friend said that a multidose vile of sust. would be ineffective. Saying that he spoke to a pharmacist and it was impossible to put 1250mg of sustanon in a multidose and expect to draw out the exact 250mg you would from a single amp. Due to the everything mixing, any thoughts?

Only thing I've heard about the ttokkyo sus is that it burns lile hell and stay away from it if you can.

I'm just trying to understand the mixing of test esters in a multi dose as ttokkyos sust 250 is. It did make sense when he was explaining it. Just wondered how it worked exactly
