How much water do you guys drink or would like to drink while ON

Not nessecarily a gallon of water, but a almost a gallon of liquids. Coffee, tea, grapefruit juice, cranberry juice, water, vitamin water.

Is distilled water preferred by any over regular bottled water and why. I heard tap water is not good for you.

I always drink steam distilled water for the simple reason they(manufactor)cant screw it up.If I remember correctly bottled water is hardly regulated at all, HENCE BOTTLED AT THE SOURCE
