I if have tiny litte marble like things under my nipples that I can kind of move around, but they don't hurt and you really can't see a puffy nip, is that gyno. I am on week 3 of PCT. 50mg clomid/day.

Is it behind the gland or close to it? If so then YES that is gyno. If it's not attached to the gland then I can't see it being gyno, gyno is stimulation/swelling of the gland.
I would throw in some Nolvadex at 40-60mg/day for a week and see if the marble goes down.
