Its a swelling around the nipple. It can happen naturally in your teens or as a result of using steroids without the right auxillary drugs. Take a look at some pics of the pros and you will see what I mean.....Ronnie Coleman has had gyno probs. Find some old pics and take a look.

Its very simply BITCH TITS... when guys pump roids to an extreme or their body cant deal with the steroid being injected one of the side-effects is gyno. Its basically fat gain and swelling of a guy's nipples turning your pecs into boobs. Sucks for them. STAY NATURAL!

Short for gynocomastia (female breasts). It's not always from roids though, it can be a genetic thing.
