Gyno

I was wondering if there is anyway to get rid of Gyno besides Surgery?? I want to keep crankin but I want to get rid of this gyno. I know anti estrogens can stop it from getting worse during a cycle. But can they get rid of the gyno I have already??
Any help is appreciated.

Really is no way to rid yourself of Gyno once it developes.

I tried more then 30 different methods nothing helped in the least.


However, one thing did make it look much better (this also induced NHO 'Nipple Hard on' allmost 24/7 ) What was it?


I had both nipples pierced.

The puffyness was no more as of then. The tissue under the nipple was there. But the rings took care of the puffyness. (Cause the nips were allways hard)
