gyno yes or no

I need all mods/vets to please help me out here. I dont think I have gyno..but I defently have some type of estogen build up in chest. I had it before I worked-out, before I ever did juice..and probably since the age of 18. I'm now 22. I have never had pain or ichy nips.or bumops of any kind..but they are puffy alot of the time...on or off the sauce. They simetimes look fine. I have used yohimburn ..and it defently helped with the puffy nip part but I still have estrogen build up in my chest. Anyone have any insight into this..possible the same type of condition ? I will add that I did go to a doctor and they said I did not have gyno. Any ways to rid this type of fat. I believe it is from cronic marajuana and beer intake from my younger days.

My last cycle I used liquidex .50 ed and I had no sign of gyno...should I try another anti-e on my next cycle. I have heard aromasin has helped some with my condition....

Sounds like you just need to lose some bodyfat. What bf% are you?

Clean up your diet first, high protein, low carb/low fat with cardio training.

Also, try Yohimburn DF, I am using it in my nipple area for same thing and it really works good, if!!!!!!!!! your diet is clean and you are doing some type of fat burning exercising.
 
thanx guys.....I will set my goal to cut my bf in half to get it around 7-8%. I will post my results. Anybody have ideas on a good diet and cardio routine ? I have stopped cardio almost completely at this point. Also I have t-4 and clen I saved for a rainy day. Should I use them with Af's NYC and Yohimburn DF along with strict diet and cardio?
 
I too have the same problem no gyno just puffy nips, probably from all the beer i used to drink. I tried yohimburn with little results. I am now on nolvadex 20mg a day and really watching my diet and doing cardio. As your body fat drops you will begin to notice a difference. I am down to 12.5% from 15%and am already noticing a big difference. As for cardio i either run on the treadmill for 20-30 mins or swim laps in the pool.
