I've had gyno since puberty and am 25 right now. I've been doing some research on the letro/nolva combo and I've read a lot of threads on here that recommend this. From what I've read, it depends on the person and works on a case to case basis. Still, before I read these threads, I didn't think there was any hope lol. I've read many differing opinions on the dosages one should take. Some take 1 mg letro a day while some take 2.5.
My question is this: How much should I take and for how long? I also read that I will have to take nolva after to stop any rebound from occuring. Is there anyway someone could write up a cycle for me that shows how much of both I should be taking and for how long. I know it depends on the person and everyone is different, but it would be nice to have some sort of guideline. If someone could recommend letro/nolva brand as well, it would be very helpful. I am new to these things and would really appreciate the help. If it works, it could be a lifestlye change! Thanks in advance for any responses.
