dont tell them it's a pre-existing condition...it just developed and you have no idea why or what it even is.
of course I would first recommend you try tamoxifen to get rid of the gyno...there are plenty of places/posts I've made where you can find out how much to take and for how long and how often.

Some guys on here from the US have got it covered by insurance. The best way to go about it is to claim that it's from puberty, and that it's very painful for you. As in you can't sleep on your stomach, and it's very irritating. Under no circumstances are you to mention the fact that you have done AS or want it for cosmetics.
However, do not let them send you to a general surgeon. They will butcher you, and you will come out looking worse.
