Gyno Surgery results

Well it's been about 5 months since I had my Gyno surgery which was covered by the government. The right nip turned out ok, and is still slightly puffy (almost acceptable), but the left nip is a different story. Although better, it's still pretty damn puffy. The scars healed up really nice though, I'll give the plastic surgeon that. He was just too conservative in cutting out tissue because he was worried about sunken nipples.

I have my follow up appointment at the end of the month, and I want to get it redone. The problem is that this was covered because it was done for irritation reasons, and now I have a cosmetic complaint.

Should I just bitch that I expected to have even nipples? I'm not sure what my strategy should be, and don't want to have to pay to get it redone either. Advice?

The same thing happened to me.. although it almost seems like i still has got "boobs".. I had the surgery may 2. .. Im seeing the doc in a few weeks.. It looks alot better now, and there are almost no scars at all, but i went there to get a specific job done: Remove breasts. And if the breasts are still there, he has not done his job / his part of the deal...

Damm, i really didnt like the surgery, although it went fine.. FUCK gynos!!! (

The least the docs should do is give you discounted rate as you are right, they didn't do the job to your satisfaction.

In my case.

The Doc explained to me that this is NOT plastic Surgery.

Plastic Surgery is COSMETIC only.

If a breast specialist took care of this he is a Surgon. Not a Plastic Surgon.

WIth that in Mind.. I was told this.

I will remove the tissue from under the nipples. However there may be some lopsidedness. Since this is being done for a Medical purpose and not cosmetic then there really should not be a problem.
If I am not content with the possible outcome I have the option of going to a Plastic Surgon and paying the $5000.00 Plus for the same Medical result but a far superior Cosmetic result. Due to the FACT that their cosmetic resources are far superior to ours.

Regardless, I had it done at the hospital.. Looks alot better... Not perfect though. But I am happy.. Perhapps in the future I will have a Plastic surgon go at it.

Same here.. had it done by one of the most well-known plastic-surgery hospitals here in norway.. pay 22000,- NOK ( thats about 3000$.

Its excellent work, and the surgeon is one of the best in this field, but he refused to remove all of it!! dammit!

Maybe I should just start earning $$`s as a transvestite ? :d
