Recovery after surgery depends on the problem to be treated, surgical technique used, skill of your surgeon, aftercare, and other factors. You can see after surgery early progression typical for my patients on that link. Many of my patients tell me they are back to office work the day after surgery. Return to vigerous activity requires tissue to be healed enough to take stress of that function.
first of all, dont tell them you take roids then your surgery will be free. Secondly if they remove the gland your gyno will more than likely not come back
I had the surgery about 8 weeks ago. I had a large lump removed on the right side via an incision, and i had lypo on both sides. My doctor told me that i could do whatever i wanted two weeks after the surgery. I found that he was right and was training "normally" at that point. Gyno can comeback. i can assure you that this time i am ready for it though. Plenty of anti estrogens!!!!
