Gyno- Sensitivity ??

I'm always wondering about this. I know a guy that has gyno, and he tells me that whenever he touches his nips they hurt like a bitch. I know that's a common effect of gyno, but I on the other hand am not sure if I actually have it, or if it's just estrogen fat. I dont really feel anything when I squeeze around my nipple, except some mushy type feeling (Some of it's fat.. the rest I'm not sure). It's not hard like rock like most people say it should be, so that's why I'm debating what the hell it is??

Is it suppose to be always sensitive when you touch it? or once you have it(gyno), the symptoms go away and you are less prone to the pain if you squeeze them?

Thanks for any help!

Real gyno is hard tissue growth. Pseudo gyno is fat. Pseudo gyno can develop in real gyno over time if given the right conditions. Painful gyno is very common but it is not always the case. Sometimes it does not hurt at all.

pseudo gyno? never heard of it? bump for more responses.

Pseudo-gynecomastia (aka false gyno) is composed purely of fat and contains no breast tissue as does true gynecomastia. True gynecomastia usually consists of hard lumps or fibrous tissue underneath the nipples.
