Where do the lumps start forming when you get gyno? directly under the skin/nipple or on the pectoral muscles? i think i feel a lump on one of my pecs but its kind of deep under the skin.

Generally, nipples can get puffy and sensitive or you can form a lump right under the nipple area (hard lump).
