Gyno question, please read.

Hello,
I am unsure if i have gyno or not. I do have about 15% bodyfat but when i squeeze my nipple i do have a small lump on the left, but there isnt one on the right. throughout the day it will shrink though so idk what it is. should i go to a doctor and have them look? any help is appreciated, thanks

Have you used steroids in the past or now

Yes I have. Always have used adex on cycle too and Nolva/clomid pct

I've had a knot under my right nipple for years. Normally it doesn't bother me but if my estro gets to high it becomes tender. I don't mind it. It's kind of like having a estro barometer. When it gets tender I start taking an AI (formestane) and the tenderness subsides and the knot shrinks.

I've been on steroids for 8 years non-stop without one incident of gyno. Plus no other physical abnormality except sometimes I think I'm "Tony the Tiger"! LOL I believe gyno is actually a genetic disposition to acquire the disease. I think a person who wants to start using steroids should get their hormone levels checked before using steroids or start shopping at Walmart for training bras.
