gyno question, please help

i am running sust 500mg per week for 8 weeks, right now i am on my 2nd week and my nipple is a little sensitive, and itchy. i have 60 20mg nolvadex, is there any way i can be sure its gyno??? i dont want to take the nolvadex because it might hinder gains, what should i do, and if i take nolvadex can i stop once the gyno goes away or do i have to take it until i start clomid??? i dont feel any lumps, is there a gyno test?? what should i do??

no matter how many threads are on this board about arimidex/liquidex vs nolvadex people still start cycles without arimidex.
