Gyno or more?

I know there has been a lot of gyno threads lately, but please forgive me for this one. I have slight gyno around the nipple area but not much. The thing that concerns me is that if I rub deeply above the nipple (1/4" above) I can feel a knot, or what I think is a not. It is about 1 1/4" long and very skinny. I'm not sure if this a swollen gland. And now for another question, please don't flame. Could this be a tumor. I used to use heavy Tren dosages and I don't think I had this problem before that. Even though it has been over a year since I used tren, I still have a problem with progestin, (slight nipple lactation still is occuring) I don't know much about human anatomy and wonder if this could be a tendon in the chest. I'm just thinking of reasons for this long skinny not. I know you can't feel it yourself, but any opinions on whether this is gyno or more would be greatly appreciated. I am going to see a doctor about this because this is really bothering me. Thanks.

what you describe sounds a lot like ductal extension. where fibrous tendrils extend out from the nipple (like in a womens breast). its commonly linked to estrogen, progestins, prolactin and IGF.


as a note- since many people are not entirely aware.....gynecomastia is feminization of chest tissue, essentially steps toward making a pec into a breast. with expansion and stimulation of the underlying structures that make a breast into a breast
