gyno only on one side?

is it possible to get it only on one side? i'm doing sust. 250 e5d and have injected 4 times. for the last day or so i've noticed my right nipple getting itchy, but not my left. someone please tell me whats up... and if it is gyno what dosage of nolva do you recommend i start taking daily?
