Gyno issues

Ok , my last cycle put me in a very unhappy situation. i had posted previously of the issues i had but to make a long story short i developed an irregular heartbeat and also had issues with spots appearing in my vision. This had never occurred during previous cycles and after much research i am blaming the sides on the supplements was taking for the pre-existing gyno i had.

Its now 8 months later(no juice or supps whatsoever) and things seem to be getting better(appently you could mess yourself up much faster than you recover). I am waiting at least another 6-12 months before even considering anything else but here is my issue:

The gyno i had is getting noticiable! this really bothers me and i refuse to chance hurting myself. i think the issues were from ADEX or LETRO, and i know that nolva only masks the issue it does not solve it.

Is there anything i could do/take that is relatively safe for me? I know i could always opt for the surgery but i do not feel that it is bad enough where i wold need it....yet..

I would have your natural hormone profile checked to see whats causing your problem and then treat it from there.
