Gyno issues

New member
Im fairly positive that I have Gynecomastia, and Im not sure how to approach the problem. I dont want to get surgery to get rid of it if it is avoidable, but if I must I will. Is there any permanent solution through supplementation that doesnt involve illegal steroids? Thanks for any info you guys have.

Letro for 6 weeks (dosing between .5mg and 1.25mg) for 6 weeks ED, then 2 weeks of Nolva following it (dosing 40mg ED first week and 20mg ED second week).

Keep the Letro at the lowest dose that you see results at, to try to save your sex drive for a little while.

The Nolva is to prevent estrogen rebound.

Femera is by prescription only unless I buy it illegally, which Im not willing to do. Is there anything else that helps?

^^^^ Wrong. If you search some of the boards, this treatment has worked for dozens of people on the boards for pubertal gyno as well. The thing is, is that its not 100% to work for everyone, but it has worked well and is documented to work even for pubertal gyno. Search around a little bit and Im sure you can find some of the write up on the internet from people that have ran this exactly and gotten results, even when dealing with pubertal gyno.

*sorry if Im coming off as forward, I just woke up* lol

i wasnt aware that it could work for those with puberty induced gyno. i know of 2 people who had to have the surgery because none of this stuff worked.

good info. thanks. not too forward.

you can reverse almost any gynecomastia with an aromatase inhibitor which are still obtainable through AG guys etc.

You need to think long term say over a 2 month period and use only enough aromatase inhibitor to slightly shift T and E ratios especially while your natural.
that alone will solve the gynecomastia an allow it to break up

would use .5 Arimidex - anastrozole - eod and possibly Cabergoline at .5 mgs ONLY 2 times a week

do the above with cardio and clean diet and you should be good to go!

Any reduction in estro will help break apart estrogenic fat deposits, its just that Letro might be a little harsh if you dont accually have gyno. Another AI might be a better choice if you dont accually have gyno.

Fat deposits, lumps, or both? AAS usage related or not? These are factors that need to be considered. I had some pubescent gyno which contributed to my AAS usage gyno, but I even competed with it. My AAS gyno didn't start until after I turned 40, even wit all the new AI's available on the market. I had the surgery and it was the best thing I ever did for myself. I'm 46 and will never compete again, but I do have a beach body.

~12 % but ssems to be concentrated in lower chest and bottom 4 abs.

Do you feel any lumps when you pinch into the center of your or the edges of the area? If not then its probably just estrogenic fat deposits, they are the hardest areas to lose the fat. Up the cardio, restrict the diet, until youre absolutely sure if you have any gyno or not. You can use a milder AI to help with the trouble areas, but Letro would be way overkill for just fatty deposits.

It really just feels like a bunch of fat. I have veins in my arms and my shoulders and by my hips. It just seems like I am holding fat in the lower abdomen and lower chest. I wish it were more even.

Bump this thread....if Femera is overkill, what would be ideal? And is it a permanent alternative to surgery? No lumps, just soft nipples.

lumps and excess fat. i dont want to use anything illegal to get rid of it. but i am quite desperate, ive even been looking into the surgery but its very expensive.
