Gyno - is it Gone?

My question is how can I tell if the arimidex I am taking is doing what it is supposed to do?

I can feel a hard piece inside my nipple (gyno) but you cannot see it with the naked eye. It is hard and sore to the touch. This produced itself on a previous cycle. I am currently on a test and dbol and tren cycle along with 1mg of arimidex a day. my question is - should the arimidex make my nipples not sore? thus alleviating any pre-existing gyno? or if it was there before the current cycle they will continue to be sore?
also, what is the protocol to eliminate pre-existing gyno?
something like 60mg of nolvedex for 3 weeks?

Add nolva for a few week. Yes the pain and lump should go away. If it's the tren then none of this will help.

The nolva at 50 mg. a day for 2 weeks made mine go away. I also backed down on my dosages from a gram of T to 750 a week. If it doesn' t start reducing and tenderness doesnt diminish after a few days I would encourage you to drop your doses.
