Gyno help

Need some help on getting rid of gyno caused by recent cycle that i just came off of....i have 24 nova pills that i am taking now 2 a day for 2 weeks ....where can i get some letrozle at???? my gyno is pretty bad now and i need to attack the problem now....is there anything else that i can get to help me get rid of the problem?????
