Gyno help

I'm 6 weeks into a 12 week cycle of test e @ 500mg / week. I have been looking out for gyno from day 1 and have not had any itchy nips or sensative nips. However a few days ago I noticed that they are slightly swollen and just kinda funky looking. When I flex my chest is hard as a rock except right around the nipple area seems kinda soft. No lumps or bumps, just soft. Seems it came out of nowhere or maybe I was only looking for the itchy or sensative nips and didnt pay much attention to how they looked. I just ordered some liquidex from AG and should have it any day now. any advice on how much to take and for how long? should I take anything else with it or will the liquidex do the trick?

this is my second cycle but the first one was real conservative, only 300mg of test e per week for 9 weeks. I didnt experience gyno with that cycle at all.

I have clomid and nolva lined up for pct.

The gains have been great. I'm 36 years old 6' 2" 220#, maybe 15% b/f. finished up an 8 set flat bench with 350# x 3 reps

It could be the start of gyno,fatty tissue deposits. Start taking 20mg of your nolva ed, you can run the a-dex at 1mg ED if you have enough otherwise .5 will probably work. Run the two together for about a week then stop the nolva if you wish. (I don't like it personaly) Then keep running the a-dex.

if you already have issues presenting arimidex is unlikely to meet your aromatase inhibition needs.

thanks Macro......I think I will go with AG's Liquifem. Any suggestion on how to run it? mg's per day & for how long? Since I will have the Liquidex on monday should I start running that until I get the Letro and then stop once I start on the Letro? or should I just not run the liquidex at all?

run it at 3-5mg per day until you get the letro (you can go higher)
