So as I look back I had gyno as a kid (puberty) and my nipples since have always been puffier (when not hard/cold). I don't have gyno now or any symptoms but my nipples are puffier (have been ever since I can remember) and my question is does it ever just go away on its own (growing up) or of I was to acquire some Letro and run that for a bit would that make my childhood gyno be gone? This isn't an urgent problem for the fact that I've had puffier when soft nipples just was curious if Letro would help this out!
