gyno and nolvadex question?please help!

i am running sust at 500 mg per week for 8 weeks, on sun i noticed some puffyness in my nipple and it was extra sensitive so i stated nolvadex at 40mg per day, and today is tues. and it still is a little puffy. should i be worried?? also, should i spread out the nolvadex, say 20mg when i wake up and 20mg at night?

Half-Life of Nolvadex is about 40 hours, so no need to split the dose. It usually takes a week to eliminate gyno symptoms, once the sensitivity stops reduce the dose to 20mg ED until you start clomid.
