Gyno and doctors

Sorry didnt know where to post this so feel free to move! In the past 2 weeks I've spoke with 3 different guys who have done all the wrong things and developed Gyno. I've educated them to my knowledge and told them about this site. What I find funny is they o to the dr and the doc prescribes nolva and says if this don't work we will perform surgery. I just find it funny because that's the remedy for all dr who don't know shit....surgery.... Smh

Just curious if you know a treatment that will clear up gyno?
Sometimes if the gyno gets out of hand you will develop cyst
like lumps that usually surgery is the only way to remove it.
Thats one reason I always preach to use a small dose of AI or
other anti E with pretty much every cycle starting at day 1
and throughout.

Yes the latter stages of gyno you would need surgery. But these are the sensitive nips. Discharge puffiness around the nipple an so forth. Not latent stages. The dr are immediately saying surgery if 7-10 days don't clear gyno with nolva. I guess it's one of those u have to be in my shoes to see the craziness behind it. I work with endo docs and even hearing some stuff they say is out there
