T TommyPowr New member Oct 15, 2001 #4 If you want to 100% prevent gyno....go have your mammory gland and duct removed from each side of your chest. Nothing is 100%, but arimidex irradicates estrogen from forming, and Nolvadex prevents it from binding. If you don't want Gyno, use Arimidex. If you already gave symptoms of gyno use Nolvadex and Arimidex.
