gym holiday rant

why is it, that some businesses make it a habit of stretching out the holidays to like 2 fucking weeks !!! this shit just pisses me off... all they are trying to do is drag out 2 official days of holidays into 2 weeks of uselessness (drinking etc...)

like my gym is normally open to 11pm monday to friday

now it has a sign saying dec 19 - 23 closed at 9pm

dec 24th closed at 4pm

dec 25th closed
dec 26th closed

dec 27th 30th closed at 9pm

dec 31st closed at 4pm

Jan 1st closed

why would you close 2 hours earlier for 2 weeks just because it is the holidays ? the holidays are only 2 days !!!

SOOOOOOO ANNOYING !!! i always work out at 9ish because of my work schedule and now it is going to screw everything up.

sounds like a fitness center or a high school work out center..not a gym

my gym stays open for all days but also has reduced opening hours for like 2 weeks. i guess they can allow more of their employees to get on vacation and there are actually a lot less people there around at this time of the year, i am into training for some 16 years now, even usually jam packed gyms are emptying themselves, even today it was less than usual
