gym at work?

I was curious as to how many of you bros have a gym at work?
I work for a small software development company as the SysAdmin. We just moved into our new building and they built an extra room as a gym and built showers into the bathrooms. Got a ton of cool equipment in last week, a Smith rack, tons of free weights, dumbells, stair climbers, etc. Anyone here workout at work? I normally go in at 6:00, workout till about 7:30 and shower here.

My fitness center at work is pretty high tech. Lot's of people with degrees working there......high tech gadgets.....more equipment & free weight than you can shake a dart at.

Plus I have a top of the line gym at home. Best of both worlds.

There is a gym where I work but I think it was built back in Arnold's days

I prefer to workout in a better equiped gym.

Our work gym only has dumbells upto 70lbs and doesn't have a Squat Rack or Incline Bench.

If they had all the basics and dumbell that go heavier I would definitly workout here.

There is a gym at my work, but it is small and kinda sucky.

I have been working out there, but now I am joining golds. I may retain my membership here, just in case, it is only $20 / month.

The good thing is that often I am the only one in there after work. Most people seem to workout at lunch or early in the morning.

we have a fitness center here where i work,but i'm going to start solely going to my little home gym.got lucky and got a power rack,sled,lat machine,plenty of plates and d/b's,bench ,i have it all set up in a spare room we have......get to blast my metal while i train too........hahaha...xbiker,where in fl?

my work is my gym and its great,free membership,thats the onyl reason im cleaning toilets for 7.50 a hour
