I've done research on GW-501516 and I've read that it's supposed to greatly increase your endurance by converting fast twitch muscle to slow twitch muscle. Is that a bad thing? If my undersanding is correct, I thought fast twitch muscle has a much greater contribution to your strength than slow twitch fiber, and that it also has a greater capacity for hypertrophy. Is that like a tradeoff?
Have anyone ever take it and notice any decrease (or increase) in strength at the gym? Of course, taking it by itself, not with steroid
