GW advice required

Hi guys,

I'm about to run a Sarms triple stack, and due to financial restraints I have only ordered one bottle of GW from sarms1.

My main goal is fat loss, would I be better to dose GW 20mg ED for 4 weeks, or 10mg ED for 8 weeks?

Also I have read the half life of GW is 24 hours, so that would indicate a single dose ED, which some people I have read are doing. However, Dylan Gemelli recommends a split dosage, and he knows his stuff clearly. So I'm a little confused, could someone clarify whether I should split the dosage or just have one dose.

Help would be much appreciated, thanks in advance guys.
 
I've done split and single dose. Thought I was getting better performance results with single dose 30-60min before my workout but I am back to split doses.

I my first thought would be 20mg ED for 4 weeks but make cardio a priority. GW kicks in fast in the way it affects your steady state cardio performance. Push yourself in that department for the month and carry the results through into the second half of your triple stack.
 
for me if i split dose, i don't sleep at night, and one of the main reasons it is effective is it makes cardio much easier, you will go on and on..

if you do not do the cardio and eat like crap it will still work, but it's magic if you do the cardio..
 
Ok guys thanks a lot for the advice and your time, I will probably go for a split dose of 20mg ED, 10mg morning and 10mg afternoon preworkout for the first month. I will also go hard on the cardio and build up my endurance, really looking forward to it.

Just one last question. I'm planning on a 500cal deficit, is this optimal or could I go for more of a deficit?

One thing I'm not too knowledgeable on here is Sarms...I think Dylan or Steve know the most. Maybe send them a pm. They are busy I'm sure. I'm sure some members will chime in

20mg of GW per day is what you want for the most benefit. If you have the means to get more, I highly suggest going at least 8 weeks.

As for diet while on sarms triple stack, its no different than if you weren't running the sarms. Eat and train for the goal. If its cutting, I suggest a defecit of 500-750 calories per day with cardio 3-4 times per week.
