I'm a 16.5 for my dress shirts. I think that is fairly small for a guy's neck size.

What is your neck size? ...and I don't mean "regular", "large", etc.

Most of them now are in S-M-L-XL these days..

My neck measures 20.5 and I wear a 21 or so in a shirt. I wear a tux to work from time to time and a 20 didn't come close...I got an XXXXL tux shirt.

I think I wear a 58 Tall/Long coat...but a 60 is best.

No doubt 18" neck with 37" sleeves. I went on a shopping spree at Nordstrom on Sunday.

The sales guy was having a helluva time trying to find that size.

I even had to go online to buy undershirts because NOBODY had them in my size.
