guys i wanna lose fat but time again when i lose fat i lose alot of muscle im going to be doing a ckd diet but i was wondering i dont want 2 lose size i go from 200 14bf to 178 9-10bf time and time again now
i was thinking about running dbol weeks 1-4 25 mgs ed
with eq 400mgs weeks 1-10
winny weeks 6-10 50mgs ed
i will be doing cardio 30 mins a day mon-fri running t3 with it is also is it a good or bad idea to run dbol with this cutting because my diet will be incheck all though i know it will give me bloat please help me out thanks!
