Guys need your help

I want to set up my avatar but don't have any pictures 100x100 pixels. I have the pic however i want to use. Is there any way to re-size it to fit?

Use your microsoft paint. That's how i do mine. Right click on the picture, click edit and it should pop up in mic paint. Edit it from there and save. Voila...
