Guys, how do you dis chicks in a club?

I'm out dancing with the boys last weekend and a completely wasted chick started grabbing at my ass and chest. The boys were cracking up, but she looked one step away from puking all over me. To make it worse she was the ugly skanky one in a group 5 decent looking chicks.
WTF do you do to keep her the hell away, especially when you're in a good spot?? What's your usual dis?

I've been (sometimes still) on the receiving end, but I don't act like a jerk when a chick approaches me, whether or not I find her attractive. Just curious as to what you guys do in the same situation

- Tell her you have to go to the bathroom/you were just leaving
- Buy her 2 more drinks and watch her pass out and then leave
