Ok guys,

What the hell is up with my gut, im 13% but i have a gut that's starting to stick out as far as my chest. It can't be fat because i can feel my abs on the top. It's hard. When i flex or suck in it goes away.

here's my pic that was taken about 4 or 5 weeks ago . I'm sucking it in here.

Here's what i'm doing:
My diet consits of a lot of shakes. High in protien, moderate in carbs low fat.. mostly Potatoes and oatmeal. My protien is from whey isolate, cottage cheese, chicken, and milk. I feel full most of the time because i eat every 2 hours. My goal is to bulk but with very little fat gain. i don't gain fat eaisly because i am still 20, but i don't lose it easy either. The fat i've i had is similar to what i had a few years ago before i was lifting. I'm and ecto-meso and all my body fat gets placed below my belly button, around the love handles, and on my pecks.

My last 2 meals i started taking ala and ginger root with each one.

Right now im on week 6 of fina which i will stop at the end of this week.

So that's my info if you can figure out whats wrong

I'm just curious what's inside it. I stopped working out my abs in september.Think thats the reason? I know people get a gut from test, but im only taking fina.

Can anyone help?
