guggulsterones anyone w/ feedback?

Thinking of trying a guggulsterone product. Anyone have any oppinions on guggul?

G is fine for aiding sleep, but not for any kind of fat loss through thyroid stimulation, alternatively just get the direct hormones (T-3, T-2) for better results.

Remy is right on the money with this one. I would suggest buying Syntrax Adipokinetix or if you can find it, Syntrax Lipokinetix. I have never heard a good thing about guggulsterones except from the companies that sell them.

I bought guggulsterones approx. a month ago, but I haven't used them yet. I was just wondering if they have a negative effect on testosterone, or any effect on estrogen.

I don't know if there is any documented evidence of this, but, if not, could there are there any theorhetical reasons why it may effect either of the two?

Nope from what I've read no sides except sleepiness and some people report being a little warmer (could be in their heads thinking there metabolism is faster all of a sudden though), can't overdosing ect...
