Guggle will help your body convert t4 into the more active t3.It does work for some to a degree.It is best used toward the end of a diet to help out a sluggish thyroid or in between thermogenic cycles.Gugglebolic by Syntrax is great.For some,guggle will help clear up mild acne as well.
