hmm.. sounds alot like Google.. anyhow..
Anyone heard anythign on this stuff? My mom picked it up.. and all the stuff I have been looking up on it looks great. A natural thyroid/metabolic enhancer. its strait Guggul extract.. no extra shit. Says on the back:

"Other components of guggul extract include diterpenes, sterols, steroids, esters and fatty alcohols"

Just trying to get some input on it before I take down too much of this stuff

And no, I'm not relying on supplements, I am relying on myself, and my workouts.. Just figure since my mom picked it up for me.. why the hell not.

BTW...Gugga is pretty good....I always stacked it with an ECA or NYC so pinpointing it's effectiveness is hard for me to give an opinion on.

Well.. im stacking it with Ephedra free Ripped fuel, and aspirin atm.

Well.. technically.. she bought like 3 bottles for herself.. but I took one.. and she didn't complain too much. I hate seeing her waste her money. She buys all these "miracle pills" and doesnt excersise or diet. So this one looked good, and non-miracle pill, so I decided to ask her for one of them.. after a few no's, she gave in.

It's the ephedra free ripped fuel.. I don't feel increased heart tension from it like I did the regular.. Actually had some chest pains a time or 2 when taking over recommended on that regular ripped fuel.

don't beleive so..

basic ingredients: Niacin, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Caffeine, Green Tea leaf Extract, Guarana Seed Extract(more caffeine), and Cycloburn herbal blend (ginger exract, wasabi extract)..

thats the basic rundown, doesnt say anything about bitter orange
