I'm not saying I have all the answers, but since you are in college again after all, it might be worth your time to take some biology and organic chemistry classes and then really know what is going on in your body. At the very least, use the resources available to you and learn about all the processes involved.
It is all well and good to read on here about "satellite cells" and "dormant muscles" - but to actually read up on it and really know something might help you far more down the road.
Also rethink the importance of anecdotal evidence in planning out things that you are doing to your body.

Now it's getting cooler again, and I don't really give a fuck about getting girls, and I can get laid when I'm bulked up anyway if I try, so it's time to get fat and nasty and cock strong.
