Growth hormone?

Hi Guys

I'm looking for some info on growth hormones? Who's taken it? What results they've seen? What hormone did they take?

I've heard some great stuff from a friend and may look at doing a course later on in the year, i'm looking to drop a stone in the next 3 months and then hopefully look at doing a course.

I'm 28, 6ft, 210lbs
