Has anyone used this - they say its an alternative to steroids.

I have used it. The ingredients in it is Octacosanol. I take it on my workout days. Its good and not very expensive.

DO NOT buy this product! Nothing more than expensive wheat germ oil.

This has absolutely no effect on muscle growth. Save money and buy something else.

I bought it at musclegrowth.com but buy the one year supply which would be cheaper. Its not that great but if you are not taking anything it will help with your workouts.
