I was messing around in the kitchen and put this together. It tastes great!
1 lbs of ground chicken
1 can of spinach
black pepper
Strain the spinach while cooking the chicken. Add the spinach and black pepper (I use a lot) when the chicken is almost done. Cook for awhile longer and then strain everything. NOTE: It looks nasty but trust me it tastes good!
Makes 2 servings:

Fat: 23.5
Carbs: 7.5
Protein: 43.5
