I was wondering what you guys buy at the grocery store, and how much you spend, and how long one trip lasts you. Im pretty stupid when it comes to making new foods so I want to get some new ideas form you guys.
 
This is Bfold's shopping list for one week:
4 gallons 1% milk
2 gallons skim milk (thought I'd give it a whirl)
2 10lb bags of chicken breasts
1 bucket of mac salad
14 cans of tuna
8 boxes of mac and cheese
8lbs hamburger
1 box white rice
5 sweet potatoes
1 box oatmeal
1 gallon oj
5 steak and mac dinners
4 boxes hamburger helper
12 cups yogurt
If you've seen b fold then you'll know what I'm talking about.
 
This is generally my shopping list for a week. I try not to spend more than $50 a week. This does not include N-Large2 that I use 10 lbs. a month or spices/condoms when I run out.

36 Eggs
2 Gallons Skim Milk
I loaf wheat bread
Bonelss Chicken Breasts
Couple packs ground beef
2 Tubs Non-Fat Cottage Cheese.
Low-Fat Peanut Butter
10 cans of tuna

I get big old bags of Basmiti Rice and Oatmeal when I need it as well.

Salmon sometimes, steak sometimes...

I noticed that too... :) You go there condom boy... :) (I'm sure he meant to abreviate condament... ) :)
 
i visit Grocery one time per Month

50 can tuna = 32 $
Chicken breast Bonless Skinless
Water spring
Oatmeal
All bran Extra Fiber
Eggs
Brown Rice
Apples
splenda
olive oil



No Dairy Product , no Bakery Product
Also i don't Use them in my bulk diet
I use Dairy Product and bakery in Week End only
 
Here is a typical grocery shopping list of mine

10 cans of tuna 5 bucks
2 lbs of Oatmeal 1.00
Gallon of 1% fat milk 2.00
32 oz of fat free cottage cheese 3.00
Loaf of 100% whole wheat bread 1.00
5lbs of boneless skinless chicken breasts 10.00
5 dozen eggs 4.00
cocoa pebbles 2.00
Jar of natural PB 2.00
Bag of Broccolli 4.00
Carrots, Tomotoes, onions, bell peppers and (other misc veggies) 3.00
1 lb of Roast beef 4.00

For a grand total of about 40 bucks.

That will usually be enough for about a week or so. I always shop around for the best deals, and only buy stuff that I can find on sale though. I have 4 grocery stores within 2 miles of my home and I always keep a lookout for great deals, and stock up.

Of course I buy other stuff like oils, salt, mustard etc. But that stuff lasts awhile and I'm not buying it every week.
